Astronomy: Searching the Stars

Join John Drummond of Astro Tours Gisborne for an introduction to astronomy with hands on star activities and telescope action if the weather is fine. John is one of New Zealand’s top amateur astronomers.
Suitable for ages 7 – 12
$5 per child
Numbers are limited. Pre-booking and pre–payment (at the museum) is essential to secure a place.
All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop (adult free of charge)
