Japanese tea ceremony with Maiko Lewis-Whaanga
A chance to experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony in the Breathe exhibition with artist Maiko Lewis-Whaanga. Preparing and drinking the tea is quite a meditative practice that can bring balance and tranquility to busy lives. Many Japanese tearooms have Japanese calligraphy adorning their walls.
