School holiday drop-in Discovery Zone
Open through the first week of the school holidays, the museum Discovery Zone, is a free, family drop-in play area with games and activities for the whole family. Entry is free and no booking is required. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

Holiday art workshop: Atarau Moonlight
Atarau Moonlight In this workshop you will design your own art work on a purerehua, a musical instrument named after a native moth.
